Spot Elev by Surface Model does not work.
Posted: Thu Aug 11, 2016 7:20 pmI just installed 2017 Carlson Survey on top of Autocad 2017. The "spot elev by surface model" no longer works. Did Carlson do away with it?

In Carlson Survey -
It was Surface-Spot Elevations-Spot Elevations by Surface Model. Then I could pick the option of using surface entities (contour lines) without a tin.
It was working in 2016.

SURFACE/SPOT ELEVATION/DRAW SPOT ELEVATION/ then the trick is to select, from the dialogue box, USE REFERENCE and set to SINGLE SURFACE FILE
