I use this function a lot to show to our potential client and I love it. When I print the 3D surfaces they are transferred to pdf format, but the vertical scale is not shown on this pdf. Is it possible to print the 3D surface with the Vertical Scale Bar? This would be very useful information as a reference to elevations for our potential clients.

The option isn't in 2015 version either, but it is definitely an option that should be there. Flag it to the support email so they can look to add it in the next build. This may mean you have to upgrade to 2016 though.
