Default Job/Data Dir

I have noticed that no matter how many times I change the Current Data
Folder value in the Project/Data Folders dialog When ever I open Carlson and
click on Open Another File it takes me to C:\Program Files\Carlson Software
2007\WORK and it tries to store the data in C:\Program Files\Carlson
Software 2007\DATA I cant seem to find Carlson.ini which the help file
references. Has anyone found where this variable is hiding?
