Carlson Survey-all in one?

Postby JlB » Tue Sep 16, 2003 3:55 am

Is there some way I can convert from a registered version of Carlson-Survey
XML to a registered version of SurvCadd XML?

The more I use Carlson-Survey, the more I realize I would be more
productive using a program like SurvCadd in my existing AutoCAD;

Being trained in AutoCad 2000/2002, I feel like Carlsons version of
AutoCad2002 OEM is crippled, and am always reverting back to my own Acad2002
to get back
the commands that are unavailable.

If not, I guess I'm just stuck.

Yes, of course. Keep in mind that a healthy portion of the original
purchase price was to cover the cost of the AutoCAD engine it contained,
but you will still receive credit for most of your purchase price.

Feel free to give me a call at 800-989-5028 and get pricing options.

Auto Create Points

Postby Terry » Thu Sep 25, 2003 8:04 pm

I am having difficulties trying to use the "Auto Create Points" routine.

I have a 2D polyline with Z value and C&G will only assign coordinates...no
elevation. I have elevations 'on' in my settings. Anybody else have this
problem? Am I doing something wrong? It's almost crucial that I am able to
have the Auto Create work with elevations.

Thanks

You might try over in the C&G newsgroup => news://news.carlsonsw.com/carlson.c_g
