System Variable Editor 2018

Hello All !
I m a ACAD 2019 User, returning to Carlson Survey 2018.
Attempting to use the ' System Variable Editor ' to cng the CO command line (for copy) to just a 'C'.
My Editor doesn't seem to even show a 'Copy' function to modify, and I have had crash issues in trying to modify.
Any suggestions /help ?

I use quick keys in settings and change to suit me

We are running Carlson 2018 with the AutoCad OEM 2018 Engine.
I have searched the Settings Pull Down in the Menu Bar, and cannot seem to find the Quick Keys Tab.
Have also tried to use 'quickkeys' in the command line with the same result.
Is there another 'Settings' Menu hiding somewhere I have not found ??
