Custom Toolbar

I also am having trouble editing/making a custom toolbar. I have read the
post's, called Carlson, and downloaded the latest updates for Survey 2007
and still cant get anywhere. As soon as I begin to drag a command from the
command list I always get an error message. "Unhandled
exception......Could not load file or assembly...." Does anyone have any
ideas other than trying the latest full 2007 download and then deleting
the current 2007? I cant find any kind of step-by-step in the manuel,
online training, on the phone or online.

This sounds like a program failure. I have not seen/heard of this before. It may take a reinstall of the software to correct the problem. Uninstall the current load of Carlson - download and install the latest copy of the software. Repost if the problem persists.
