Geotiffs

2008 Standalone doesn't insert geo-referenced tiffs correctly. They come in
at 0,0 and 1 unit x 1 unit. This worked fine in 2007.

They come in correctly with the current version released October 16,
2007. I'm not sure what all else was addressed in the patch, but the
geotiffs work right.

Yes, the update fixed the geotiff issue.
