C&G crashing while removing points

This fix has not worked for everyone but it did work for us.

goto http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp

Next to the search using, click Keyword Search.

In the Keywords box, type libraries update.

In the Operating System box, click the appropriate operating system.

In the Show Results for box, click all downloads

Then click Find It.

Download the libraries update file and install.

Keep this file handy, from what I have read some programs will make changes to these library files and you may need to install it again.
