coordinating from raw??

When I download from my TDS Recon, I have a .job file I import to TDS .cr5
and .rw5 files. To display points in Carlson I convert the .cr5 file to a
..crd under Points >> Convert point format, then Draw Locate Points to show
them. Is there a way to process the raw data file to display the points
(i.e Coordinate in Microsurvey), and if I need to go and collect more data
in the field, what is the correct way to manage the new data with the
previously downloaded data and the raw file? What process has been working
for you? Thanks.
