Attributes for Title Block

I'm running through the tutorials in the manual, and the first one is a deed. After clicking on Settings->Title Block, I tell it where to insert the lower left corner. Then, it is supposed to pop up a dialog box so I can set the attributes. But, it asks me if I want to set Limits, and whether I answer Yes or No, that is the end of the command. What am I doing incorrectly? I also searched the help, and the knowledge base for how to change the Title Block attributes afterwards (thinking there might be an all-in-one command), but I guess to do that you just use Autocad text commands?
