Gabriel, Randy is correct concerning the latest build of SurvCADD. There
was a build or two that did not retain the last input elevation as the
default when locating additional points. Check your build date for SurvCADD
by going to the help pull down and then about SurvCADD. The build date
should be on the second line in parenthesis. If the date is earlier than
8-29-02 then let us know and we will be glad to get you the latest CD for
SurvCADD. Hope this helps.

I've been using SurvCADD 98 and I'm currently playing with a Demo version
of
the DTM/Contour.
In the old version when you were placing points, you could right click to
place the new point...when you did so, the last elevation you input would
be
the default. This was helpful if you had a lot of the same elevations,
all
you had to do was continually right click.
With the Demo I have of the new version, when you right click, it always
defaults to zero. This is frustrating and I'm not sure if I'm missing
something simple or not.
Anyone have any ideas?
