CURVE TABLE NOT WORKING

I am creating a curve table and have come across a problem. Whenever I try
to create a table header I get "unterminated complex entity" I've used this
before and it worked fine. Can someone please help me?

I've received this in the past, but not recently. I believe you need to
redefine the curve table block information. Go into table defaults and
change something within the curve defaults and hit OK, then go back in and
change it back the way you had it.

Let me know if this works.
