Converting .cl and .pro files to Trimble

Does anyone know how to convert SurvCADD centerline and profiles to a
format that can be used with Trimble's Survey Controller field software?

This makes a centerline file for TDS, but Trimble Survey Controller seems
to be looking for a Terramodel .rln file which it then converts to a .dc
file. It appears like the horizontal and vertical data need to be combiled
into one file.

Try Survey Link program from Trimble or send me a file and I will try to
convert.
