Reinstalling Survcadd

Hello all:

I got a new pc and reinstalled ACAD 2006 and SCAD 2006. Near the bottom of
the screen and also near the top, there is a row of little icons with
question marks on them. What are they and how do I get rid of them? Thanks
in advance.

use or reuse of the electronic files. Joseph L. Bishop RLS, P.C. shall be
held harmless against all damages, liabilities or costs, including
reasonable attorney fees and defense costs, arising out of or resulting from
use of these electronic files.

well its near the command line and its a bunch of little tiny question mark
buttons showing up just above the command line and also near the top in the
toolbar area.
