symbols not inserting in the correct place

I'm using F2F and for some reason the utility pole symbol is not inserting
at the point node. It plots 10 feet off of the correct point. Anyone know
how to fix this?

Check the base point of the block compared to the center of the pole.
You may need to redefine the block.
