Looking for a file history tool

Is there a program/routine that will keep a log of users and date when
drawing file is accessed?

I was looking for the same thing. I posted the question in POB's forum
(www.rpls.com) and someone responded as follows:

A plug-in is coming very soon. It tracks everything and all information is
silently added to a centralized MDB. Track the user (by login name), every
file opened or created, every command executed (the time and how long it
took), which objects were moved, deleted, files plotted, etc.

ETA 4-3-06 DotSoft.

I haven't pursued it anymore.

That code was completed at that time and the functionality was included
in ToolPac 10.0 from DotSoft http://www.dotsoft.com.
