Cul-de-sac Superelevation Procedure

This may be a simple question for some of you, but are there any
suggestions on a procedure for how one would make a cul-de-sac
superelevated in one general direction? Any advice would be appreciated!

For true super el transitions:
Set up-
1. CL file (for road cl- may be a good idea to carry cl past cul-de-sac
end)
(also create 2 CL files for the left and right paving edge of the
cul-de-sac)
2. CL profile
3. design template (for the normal road section)
4. Use "Assign Template Pt Centerline" to assign the EP node in your design
template to the left and the right CL files mentioned in #1.
5. Set up a super elevation file (Input-Edit Super Elevation).
6. Process Road Design. (using CL, profile, design template, super, temp pt
centerline)

When setting the parameters for the processing, I would set the station
interval very small through the cul-de-sac...it should work up untill the
very end when the left and right EP converge...which I would manually edit.

Another approach might be:
1. create 3dpoly of CL
2. 3doffset CL 3dpoly left and right a distance greater than the max. EP and
at the desired slope.
3. solve a surface file using the (3) 3dpolys.
4. use "2d to 3d by surface model" to assign elevations to the left and
right EP from the created surface file.
5. manually grade your transitions (using 2d to 3d by start and end
elevation for example).
