Carlson Survey XML TIN to Land Development

Could someone help me with this problem:

My company has Carlson Survey XML but we use Autocad Land Development
for design. We need the TIN data out of Carlson to read into Land
Development's "Terrain Explorer" routine.

When the surface is created in Carlson Survey, check on the "Draw Triangulation Faces" toggle on the Triangulate tab. Then get these 3DFaces into LDD (wblock/insert, copy/paste, etc). Then in LDD Terrain model explorer, right click on point files, add points from AutoCAD objects, choose 3D Faces.

Another option:
-create .flt file in Carlson Survey XML(on Triangulate and Contours dialog
check on Write Triangulation File check box)
-in LDD Terrain>Terrain Model Explorer
Create New Surface.
Open Surface folder, right click>Breaklines Choose Define Breaklines from
file < choose the .flt you have created in Carlson
right click Breaklines<Import Breaklines< Press Select All and the OK.
Close the breakline window.
Zoom All.
