Vista, Civil 3D 2008 and Carson Connect

I just installed Civil 3d on Vista. I then installed Carlson Connect. I was never asked to register during installation or after starting Civil, but I get an invalid registration error when I try and use Connect. Any way to fix this, Thank You.
