Align Points - Don't ignore Elevations

Caution to all users
removing the tick from Ignore Elevations in the Align Point menu has serious
repercussions. The heights are not translated from the source point to
destination point they are tilted by angle which I have not yet determined.
Probably the rotation is applied verticaly and horizontaly.It is not the
sort of Aligning of Points I would be expecting and difficult to pick up
once it has been done.
