Annotations

On the maps I do I've been asked to label the Propertylines with the format
of "Azimuth (Arrow) Distance". This arrow is supposed to point in the
direction of the Azimuth. IE: if the azimuth is 10^00'00" the arrow would
point up and to the right. If the azimuth is 190^00'00" the arrow would
point down and to the left.
