environmental variables

i keep setting the angle mode to dms (in config and in env variables) and
it keeps defaulting back to surveyor units. very very frustrating. also
the direction will change. when i try to load the evnvironmental config
file the program crashes (everytime). am i missing something???

is there any updates/fixes planned to be released for this product?

try opening your template file/s and changing the units (units control under
settings in cs2004/6), save the template and then everytime you create a new
drawing it should have the units set to dms.

May change if opening old drawings or inserting blocks etc.
