Grayscale/Screening

Postby AKnuppel » Thu Apr 20, 2006 6:05 pm

I'm trying to add as-built info to an existing drawing. When I plot the
drawing, I'd like to have the original drawing screened with the as-built
info dark.

Do I need to modify a color table to do this? I don't really have any
experience with this stuff, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Andy

Well,

If I were to do a drawing that had asbuilts involved and needed to
distinguish them somehow from the new construction I would make a layer
called "asbuilt" and assign a unique color to that particular layer. Then I
would edit my pen table to make that color when plotted a 50% screening.
(possibly lower than 50%)
