Program Crashes - CS 2006

For some unknown reason while I am working a dialog box appears stating:
UNHANDLED EXCEPTION E0000001 (e0000001h) AT ADDRESS 7C81EB33h

On the top of this dialog box (Window Bar) it states:
EXCEPTION IN C:\PROGRAM FILES\ CARLSON SOFTWARE 2006\LSP\POLY3D.ARX ARX COM

When this occurrs I am creating a 2D poly line.
