Collector Connector demo

Create a new Collector Connector disk set  (s/n 000211)

System Requirements:  Pentium or compatible processor running Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista or NT 4.0 or higher, 32Mb of RAM, a hard disk drive with 14 Mb free space, mouse, VGA or higher resolution graphics, and a 9-pin serial port. We recommend a minimum resolution of 800 x 600, best when viewed at 1280 x 1024.

This procedure allows you to create a new disk set for Collector Connector that will install as a demo version.  The disk set may also be used to refresh an installation on a computer that has already contained an unlocked version of Collector Connector

You will need three (3) blank 3 1/2" floppy disks to make a complete set.  You may also use the disk links below to create any single disk to replace a damaged one.

Left-click on each of the following three files.  When the File Download window appears, left-click on the Open button.  Insert a blank 3 1/2" disk into your A: drive.  When the WinZip Self Extracting window appears, click the Browse button and set the Unzip to Folder location as A:.  Click the Unzip button to create the disk.  When the files have finished expanding to the disk, remove the disk and label it with the appropriate number.

To Install:  When the set has been completely copied, insert disk number 1, click Start, select Run, type A:Setup.exe and press <enter> to begin the setup program.  We suggest you select to install all options, and use the suggested default folders as your installation location.

To Run Collector Connector:  Left click the Windows Start button, click Programs, highlight Simplicity Systems, double-left-click the Collector Connector icon.  You should now be in the program, and the demo will only be able only to work with files up to 10 points.  You may also access Collector Connector from inside "Sight" Survey by using the Add-Ins menu
