Error During Receive

 

 

If you are attempting to receive a file from a data collector and an error occurs either in the transfer process or in the conversion process, you may receive the following message:

 

An error occurred during transfer.

 

Check the communications settings on the Configure tab, the Data Collector and the COGO File Type settings on the Send/Receive tab, and reattempt the file transfer after making any necessary changes.
