Communications from your data collector is reaching the computer in a format or speed that Collector Connector and/or your computer cannot handle.  Be sure that the baud rate and other configuration options are set to match your data collector.  Try increasing the Input Buffer Size setting on the Advanced Configuration Screen.  If this error occurs while sending a file to the data collector, try increasing the Output Buffer Size setting on the Advanced Configuration Screen.
