Contour It  (CI05)

 

Program appears to hang upon startup

 

 

If Contour It appears to hang or “lock up” when it first loads into memory, it is most likely because an invalid configuration setting exists in the Contour.INI initialization file.  To correct the situation, simply use the Windows Explorer to find and delete the initialization file from the Contour It program directory and restart the program. The default name that the installation program uses for the directory containing the initialization file is:

 

Drive:\SightSrv\Program

 

where Drive is replaced by the drive letter where the program is installed.
