Import Coordinates vs. Merge Coordinates

There is a distinct difference in the usage of these two function to bring coordinates into "Sight" Survey.

IMPORT COORDINATES

File > Import > Coordinates is used to import coordinate data and establish a new job.  You cannot use Import Coordinates to ADD points to an EXISTING job!

MERGE COORDINATES

File > Import > Merge Coordinates is used to import coordinate data into an existing job.  You will be given the opportunity to add point overwrite protection to prevent you from overwriting existing data.
