Coordinate Transformation Relocates the Base Point Incorrectly

When using Coordinate Transformation > Base Point and Rotation Angle Known, there may be instances where the base point is note translated to the proper coordinates.  This occurs only under the following conditions:

1.  You are translating the base point to a new Northing and Easting; and

2.  You make multiple passes through the translation routine.

For example, you are rotating and translating using point 25 as a base point.  You enter new Northing and Easting coordinates for point 25.  You make three passes through your data to transform points 2-10, 30-51, and point 102.  By making three separate passes through your data, you will introduce this base point error.

To avoid the possibility of an error in the base point location, enter all of your transformation points in a one pass entry, such as: 2-10,30-51,102 <enter>
