To rotate your drawing to plot at any desired rotation angle, use the Start > File > Zoom Print routine.  When you are prompted Plot to Fit? (else at exact scale), you must click the No button or press N because if you don't, you won't be given the option to rotate the plot.  Enter the desired plotting scale.  When prompted to Enter center of zoom box, use your mouse to position the paper or simply press Enter.  You will then be prompted: Would you like to rotate plot.  If you click the Yes button or press Y, you will be prompted: Enter angle from keyboard? (else drag with cursor).  If you would like to enter an exact angle of rotation from the keyboard, click No and then enter the exact angle of rotation, measured counter-clockwise from the 3 o'clock position.  If you would like to rotate the drawing using your mouse, click and then move your cursor until the zoom box is positioned at the desired plot angle.  Continue plotting as you have in the past. 

After you have completed your plot, drawing orientation will be restored.
