"Sight" Survey (SS56)
There is a problem creating new database. Problem was database already exists.
This message may occur after repairing a drawing.
IF YOU ARE ON A NETWORK: You must have full read/write access to the C:\Windows folder and the C:\Window\Temp folder. Have your IT professionals reconfigure your user profile if necessary. If that does not work, or if it does not apply, follow the instructions below.
1. Open Windows Explorer (Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer or Start > Programs > Windows Explorer)
2. Navigate to the C:\Window\Temp folder (NOTE: folder may be C:\WinNT\Temp when running WinNT or Windows 2000)
3. Delete these files: C:\Windows\Temp\COGO.* (probably 2 or 3 files)
4. Navigate to the C:\SightSrv\Program folder.
5. Delete the file: Traverse.tmp file. (if there)
6. Double-click FREEMOD.EXE to clean memory. Click CLEAN until all programs in the Sight Survey Watcher window show "Not Loaded", then click the X in the upper right corner of the window to close FREEMOD.
7. Delete the file: Cogo.INI
8. Restart Sight Survey
