Bad Header in File <name>. Try Exporting Entities Only (no header)

This error occurs when you attempt to load a newer AutoCAD DWG or DXF file into "Sight" Survey.

While "Sight" Survey can write a DWG or DXF file readable by any version of AutoCAD 10 or higher, "Sight" Survey's TrueCAD engine cannot load any DWG or DXF file that is AutoCAD 13 or higher.

To work around this limitation:

1. Use AutoCAD to write an AutoCAD 12 DXF or DWG file.

2. If you do not have AutoCAD, download an evaluation version of IntelliCAD from cadopia.com

In IntelliCAD, select File>Load and load your AutoCAD drawing into IntelliCAD, then select the File>Save As option and save your file as an AutoCAD 11/12 ASCII DXF. Load the resulting DXF file into "Sight" Survey.
