"Sight" Survey  (SS86)

 

Loading a file causes a GPF error or Program Crash

 

 

While attempting to load a job you experience an error leading to a program crash.  Your data file loads into another computer just fine, and you have successfully loaded other jobs into your computer without any trouble.

 

This TrueCAD error may occur when no printer has been installed on your system, and the job you are loading has previously been printed or plotted, causing printer information to be stored in the drawing file.  You need to install a printer driver. 

 

If you do not have a printer driver you can install, we suggest that you visit a printer manufacturer on the internet, such as hp.com, where you can download and install a driver.
