Survey 4  (S402)

Survey 4 was not designed as a Windows program.  As an old DOS program, it employs certain hardware calls in order to process printing commands.  These commands do not work in a Windows environment. 

To print from Survey 4, open the Configuration menu from the program title screen.  Select the Output Device as Display & File.  This will create a .doc file that you can later open with your word processing software.  Print the file from your word processor.
