Survey 4  (S403)

 

Survey 4 Configuration Settings won't hold between sessions, or Survey 4 won't bypass the configuration routine on startup.

 

 

When installed into Windows using the Survey 4 CD, the program always goes into the configuration routine on startup and settings changed do not hold between sessions.  To correct this issue:

 

1. Open Windows Explorer (My Computer)

2. Navigate to the folder C:\Simplcty

3. Delete the file Survey-4.CFG

4. Close Windows Explorer

 

The actual configuration settings are kept in the \Simplicity\Config folder so deleting this file from the \Simplicity folder will have no detrimental effect on the program.
